I have a Cole Hersee manual isolator in the Troll and want to put an auto isolator in as well, therefore allowing proper charge / monitoring etc and have the manual as a backup / cut off switch.

Looking for a basic setup if anyone could point us in ther right direction?

Cheers
Gino

I recommend that you remove the Cole Herse unit

Make sure both batteries negatives are connected to the engine block and body.

Then install an automatic isolator such as the Braintech, RedArc or even just a constant operation solenoid to charge both batteries.

The NATS fitted to you vehicle is a very good system, unless they have a key they will not get it started.

Mine is mounted on the firewall in the engine bay in front of passenger, very compact unit,so doesn't need much space and very affordable

Hey guys
I have a sidewinder in my gq no dramas thus far been in for about two months.
Was very easy to install and the additional battery monitor with remote battery link is just as good.
Wasn't too badly priced IMHO
