Replacing door speakers GU4 - sizes? how to remove trim?

Thanks to a recommendation by Threedogs, I have recently installed a aftermarket stero and discovered the rear drivers speaker isnt working (probably open circuit). So, I am going to replace all four. but, how do the door trims come off?

I have started with the rar drivers side - I can remove the bottom half of the trim - its just press lugs, and removed a screw from the grab handle, but I cant work out how to get the rest off? looks like the power window switch block needs to be removed independant from the arm rest?

Any help, guidance or pics appreciated!

Also, what size speakers will fit without modification? 6.5 in the front? what about the back?
