Hey guys...
So some little connector on some return spring thing that joins to the big main butterfly valve that lets air in has broken... Sucks.
Regardless, I've stripped the satanic thing back and have the part that's broken off.
First question- does anyone have a spare?
Second question- is it more worthwhile getting a recarb 350 Holley conversion?
Which one sucks the juice more?

Know nothing about the carbie, but there are heaps of vehicles that do a holley conversion.
Must be for a good reason, simplicity, efficiency. all up to your right foot though in the end

I think it's the choke pull off diaphragm? Has a little long rectangular white piece and the hole is broken :\ please blast me if this isn't making sense!

Mmm true true. Heard they're a bit more torquey down low?

Completely mixed results with the holley. For the same money you can have a completely rebuilt standard carby with a little left over to put towards a pertronix electric ignition system. A mate has just done this and it purrs like a kitten:)
