How do you upload a profile pic??

Hi there guys and girls, i'm new here and cant figure out how to upload a pic and make it my profile pic. Any help appreciated.

Top RHS go to settings
Then LHS of the page will have edit profile, profile pi, edit avatar etc etc avatar is the one you want if you want a pic next to your posts
