Td42 injector pressure.....anyone knows?

I have my injectors out, .the injector .service guy says its tuned very high abt 170psi and should be at abt 110-115psi on td42s?? is he correct.

100-110 bar ( 1450psi - 1595psi)

mine are 170 in the old 99 as well ... they were set high to try and get it to stop smoking so much [low compression]

my compression was not low, but when i serviced them the last time, it was giving out some whitish smoke. after injector i pump service smoke went away. now i am having a full engine rebuild, so i will set have it serviced again and set them at 110bar. hope thats fine with a aftrmarket turbo set-up.

My pump man tells me to set mine to 115bar.

just did mine today....110-115bar. Also bought a brandnew Turbo Injector pump :)
