Ok so I've been sent the wrong pertronix ignitor. I've triple checked everything and they have definitely sent a different product than the one I paid for.
I have emailed (politely) three times with no reply. This is from the authorised pertronix dealer with %100 positive feedback on eBay. There's no phone numbers on their eBay store. I've asked for their number, I've given them mine, but still no response.....
Thus is(was) very urgent as we wanted to fit it to a mates patrol before Saturday.... Theres no hope for that now.
WHAT SHOULD I DO!!????

Put in a paypal claim 9/10 times they respond straight away when i do it.
It's funny though they ignore all the ebay messages but the second you go through paypal they answer lol.

Three days ago I emailed to see why I hadn't received it and they emailed back in like 15 minutes which was great. Turns out it was a mix up at the post office and had been for a while so I sent a courtesy email explaining what happened and thanking them etc.
Yesterday I emailed to say it was the wrong part. Then again this morning and again just before.....
