tb efi to td42

Hi all
Thanks to everyone who replied in my introduction . I have a 93 tb efi gq that I am about to convert to a td42, I have a motor half rebuilt and a gearbox also most other bits that I think I might need. What I am finding hard to work out is the efi wiring, if I remove the ecu will this stop everything from working ? And what do I do with all the wires that are not needed , just cut and tape up or is there a better way.Have tried a search and there is plenty of info if you have a carby not so much on wiring from a efi.

hi darren i have a complete wiring loom with all the relays fuse panels fuel lines for under bonnet and the bell housing to suit if your interested pm me. i am also after a loom for a tb42e and fuel pressure reg, coil, and a few relays.
