gen 3 converion wiring harness pin outs

Hi guys, wondering if there is someone out there who's done a GQ 2.8.td to gen3 conversion and know's the pinouts from the gen3 loom to hard wire to the patrol loom. I realise there are some plug and play looms to match the to up but I'd prefer to hard wire the two together. Heard some horror stories about the plug and plays

The gq 2.8 has a fairly minimal wiring harness.
And the tacho goes through the glow controller unit.
If you have a bit of a dribble and get up to 25 posts you can download the manuals and use the wiring diagrams as a reference to work out what you need to.
I'd try justcommodores for the diagram of the model your harness came from.
and then work out what the best way to go about it was.
With the earlier commodores i used to grab the relay junction with the harness as it made the wiring a lot easier it had all the relays marked like efi fuel pump fans etc.
