the young bloke along with a couple of his mates walked 3k's into the bush looking for the right spot for these photos.
They had a ball, he doesnt own any in the photos, he is into RC Drift Cars and 4x4 stadium trucks. They are awesome to watch.
After the weekend I dont think it will be too long and he will buy a rock crawler, he likes the difficulty of driving slow!

I clued up on the tyres of the rear truck,
yeah Krawlers are no speed machine, but they'll go just about antwhere.
Friend I know has technical track in backyard, and has events every thurs after work.
Even have mini witches hats etc. My Krawler has front and rear LED for night drives.
Making a trailer to transfer some drinks at camp, I'm really lazy

Some of the petrol powered jobs do insane speed now.
Drift RC cars are cool, but its not a sport IMO

There is no Patrol shell out there but if you had money to make a mould then I reckon they would sell like hot cakes...lol

he's been scouring the internet searching for a Patrol body, no luck yet!
But he's a stubborn little shit so if there's one out there he will find it!
The Drift cars are insane, our street got re-surfaced a couple of years back is oh so smooth he can drift like a pro,,,,,,,
As to not being a sport, it takes an incredible amount of vehicle control (in real life) and just as much control in RC mode but each to their own aye,,,,,,,

I found one reference, this year, to a G60 body. It was a couple of years old, and the bloke stopped making them. There were issues about robustness - too thin or something, not sure.

Yo BigFella are they 1/10th scale, not sure but I saw a shorty GU once, can't be that hard ' Sculpt a model
Put a sheet of clear over top and suck it down. trim to suit.
Now all we need is a Car clay sculptor/ modeller who can scale down to 1/10th.
I'll keep looking. Admire skill in drift car driving but its like putting lawn bowls into Olympics, just not my cup of tea
I've ridden A grade unlimited bikes and did some Drag racing for a short period, bike again

hey threedogs, yes mate they are 1/10 scale.

I know exactly what your saying, my brother and I raced a little Sprint Boat in the International Open Series for about 6x years.
14ft boat + 612hp = AWESOME

Talk about adrenalin pumping fun,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, actually I have been recorded saying "a good run in a sprint boat is better then sex"!

Ihurly what size tyres does your crawler have?? Looks similar to mine but a different body, talking of bodies anyone found any yet?? I've found a station wagon style that you could make look like a gu. only needs a scoop, sorry petrol guys. easy enough to do grill. Like Ihurlys the body would sit inside the wheels.

With gum leaves that big, hate to see the drop bears.

Yea mines a 1/10 scale.

Its damn big hey, when it does a wheel stand on the flat the front end comes up to my knee, im 6ft tall.
I did learn that from doing a wheel stand into my own leg. this thing isnt slow either, it hurt like a mother...

Sorry about it being dirty, i will give it hose off tomorrow.
