Hi Folks.
Can anybody tell me what the correct point gap should be for the dissy of a tb42 engine?

Welcome to the forum mate, don't forget to put up an introduction about yourself in the intro section.
I'm 99% sure It's 0.45-0.55mm but are you running gas as well?
Pretty sure that's it mate but hopefully someone with a TB can confirm that soon...

Done the intro thing.The rig is not on gas so I'll go with 0.45-0.55mm, THANK YOU.
I don't suppose you'd have the plug gap specs as well??? I have a manual 'in the mail', but could'nt find anything on the' net'

Have a search on here for pertronix ignition they do away with the points and work great.

The Pertronix is good, just installed mine yesterday and can feel the difference already, much more responsive and smoother acceleration. About $170 from ebay for the particular model I got (Hall Effect)
