Nissan Patrol polo red text faded on wash

I just had a member mention on a pm that the red part of the logo print faded a bit after it got washed.

Have any other members had this happened?

Have you washed yours yet?

Not a happy chappy at the moment...Havent washed mine yet but the misses is putting it through now so will check it out but would appreciate any feedback.

Sometimes ink doesnt cure properly when in the oven but no excuse really...Let me know good or bad below please!

If anyone is having problems then let us know...I will fix it!

Hi All,

It has come to my attention that the red ink on the polo shirts were not cured properly and fade when putting through a warm wash.

I just found this out tonight and washed my own one for the first time and it did fade as well.

Just letting you all know that I will be contacting my printer tomorrow and will get these replaced for us and I’ll send a new lot out.

Apologies for this, it really disappoints me!!!

I’m endeavoring to replace all these with full embroidery so this will not happen again!

Washed mine twice now but did not check, will wait until the little one is properly asleep then creep up to have a look.

From this day forward all merchandise will be embroidered (like the vests).....Costs more but no bloody fading!!!

Will throw it in wash again and see if it has settled now.

No mate, you paid good money for a shirt primarily for the logo and its turned to crap.

I will fix it...

I reckon It's the warm wash. The shirt says its ok to wash warm but I'm thinking when the print is on there the warm wash just kills it.

This is of course no fault of anyone here and doesnt change anything but I think thats the problem.

It's only a mess if it comes off and transfers to other clothes lol........ I don't think it's the warm wash mate, the logos on the old style polos and tshirts are still pretty good after many many washes. May have something to do with the different material being printed on this time........

Hey man, when you say replace, I hope you don't mean replace with brand spankers!!!!!?????? Im happy tpost mine back to either be reprinted or if embroidering is the way to go, then I'll happily pay the extra coin for that......... we all know or can guess how hard you worked at getting all this gear for us and i for one certainly don't expect or want you replacing stuff that wasn't in your control and in no way could be for seen........... Or like I said im also happy to get the embroidery done over here if you can send the logos.
