steering damper

just want to ask what are some typical side affects of a worn out steering damper? im having an issue with the front end wanting to pull side to side a little bit? im wanting to repair myself just want to start with the cheaper options if possible.:1087:

try removeing it and see if it is the issue no point running out and buying another if thats not the issue
could need a alignment also ?

Yup, x2. Last week there were screeching sound when I steer mine thought it was the damper turned out it was the tie rod end..

Mine was having the same issue as yours. I have replaced all the bushes with super pro's, all tie rod ends, alignment, pan hard adjustment still not 100% solved just down to minimum level 1/10 I reckon which is acceptable to me..
