finally got my patrol registered today since then the mods so far

2 inch lift with iron man heavy duty constant load springs
iron man extanded foam cell shocks to suit the springs
pertronix coil and dizzy set up
sealed intake

soon to come in the next few weeks
1 inch body lift
s and j horse power steel bull bar with winch mount
second set of wheels fitted with 35" federal mud tires
second battery in the back
spot light set up
uhf
draw set up modified to fit a air compressor and tank behind the seat
air comp and tank to run air tools jacks
eventually a good set of diff locks

will get some pics up later this week as it currently sits very happy how it is all coming along and will soon have a very tuff rig

Ever thought about mounting the air tank [depending on size] on th inside of chassis rail and putting the pump under the bonnet with air outlets front and rear???

OK so here's an update finally but haven't got as much done as i hoped at this point

snorkel and completely sealed intake
2" body lift
full bush kit underneath
federal 35" mud tires
uniden 80 channel uhf
removed flares and replaced with garden edging

cheers that was just some very good work by a mate with his camera

On road they can be pretty noisy but off road they have just performed so well. I have only been stuck once on them
in that pic it looked solid till i cracked through and sunk ended up just having slop under the tyres ended up on the diff

haha yeah think i hit that one a bit hard but glad my mate got the shot hes great with the cam
and thanx mate i ordered my iron man bull bar winch today hope to see them next week

well bullbar still isnt here and i need it ripped the driver side of my standard bar to bits kinda shattered
on the plus side sway bar links have now been extended to suit the 2 inch suspension lift

bull bar and winch finally arrived and fitted today i was pretty excited.
got used the winch about 3 times with no load to make sure it all worked fine then the control box shorted out
now it just keeps pulling im fair shattered and hoping iron man can help me out on this and supply a new box or even if my auto elec can get me the right part cheap and quick to fix it because i have some awesome hills and bog holes to tackle that a winch is required to make it

finally got a new winch iron man replaced it no question asked which was great. now to get the bar cut up lifted to suit my body lift
have also fitted a storage box instead of draws keeps all my recovery and fishing gear safe while i still have room to the sides and under it for my shovel tools and stuff like that

new alternator tomorrow as i killed mine out bush tonight
its never a good feeling stuck to the headlights in a bog hole watching your lights dim and volt gauge drop lol

cheers shes getting there mate and i love the shots as well got a great camera guy he isnt scared to get in close for a good shot, the abuse on the other hand its not to bad im always under it repairing what gets broken or bent making it stronger then it was.
that was her first time out 4x4ing she wanted to get scared and i think i did a great job of that lol.
