Goodaye all a quick question, has any one used Gulf Western Topdog XDO in their td42 engine? any comments appreciated for or against it is 15w 40w mineral oil.

Did you end up using the Gulf Western????

I use Gulf Western in my auto gearbox and I know of another member on here that used that brand in there diff.

Would be curious what you thought of it.

a good friend of mine worked at a mechanical workshop that used it alot,they had a few engine dramas because of the oil,so therfore they dont use it ant more,they changed to caltex!! im using valvoline diesel extra in my 4.2tdi,

Yeah todd used it don't seem to be having any dramas and a lot cheaper than penrite.
