I will give the Scammers that troll the internet their dues -- They are quick :groupwave:

Posted a for sale ad on Gumtree and got a reply within 45 minutes of an offer to buy,
but asking how low would I go on the final price.

Being a little suss (Nothing sells that quick) I responded with a higher price.

This is his response

Hi thanks for reply, i am a marine engineer, i am at sea right now. I
am buying this for my son as a surprise gift. I can only pay through
paypal at the moment as i dont have access to my bank account online(i
dont have internet banking with it), but i have it attached to my
paypal account, and this is why i insisted on using paypal to pay,all
i will need is your paypal email address to make the payments, and if
you dont have a paypal account yet, you can set one it cant take you
less than 3mins to do that, i will be expecting your paypal email so l
can pay. I have a pick up agent that will come for the pick up after
payments has been sorted, l will be waiting for your reply asap..


SO if anybody has anything to sell just send an email to captaincraig11@gmail.com I'm sure he will take it of your hands for a better price.

Same happened to me on Ebay selling my trailer. got sus after an email that I could not reply to, same story but wanted my bank details, plus they were in Malaysia idiots

The fools send you a link to say they paid and it is a fake paypal site and when you enter your paypal username and password details they get them and use them.
