Just found this unit on Ebay. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/7-Car-Stereo-DVD-Player-System-GPS-DVB-T-Bluetooth-2-DIN-OBD-Diagnostics-/150859202575?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item231fe8c00f . Anyone seen this before?

Have seen similar ones, but not ones with OBDII cables supplied,

Looks all right, but I would be looking into the "Only GPS evaluation software is included. Full GPS maps are are not included with this unit. We recommend you download full version GPS software from the internet with the options you require and load into the unit via the SD card. This model is compatible with most brands of GPS software."

If you decide to buy one make sure you can download the maps free of charge, otherwise you might be up for a fair few more$$$

I did see that about the maps, it runs windows CE 6.0 so should be able to run Ozzi Explorer as well.

nope, eonon don't have OBD abilities, as general rule though they are by far the better of the aftermarket units and a lot cheaper
