Got a 1990 y60. Sometimes it dies out while driving. Especially when offroad or climbing hills. Sounds exaclty like its not getting enough fuel. Changed the fuel filter but it did that before changing and it still does it after. Rarely happens when driving decently on road. Doesnt seem to be leaking. Fuel pump?
Any help welcome. Thanks, Martin.

Let me guess, you have a rb30 - this is a known fault - staving fuel on hills.

I run mine of lpg off road (I have the truck tuned for LPG), I have never had the staving fuel on hills with LPG.

The only time I tried it on petrol - I lost power on a steep hill.

Im not shore of there is a fix for the carby setup.

EFI's dont have this issue.
LPG dont have this issue
