2.8L TD head torque specs

Can anyone help with what the torque specs are for head bolts for 1998 2.8L TD.
Also the sequence they need to be torqued in?

easy to do just remember there are 3 different sizes in head gaskets for the 2.8s, I got the fattest so I could run a touch more boost so now I run 15psi all day every day with the injection pump tuned up
