Around here road work stop site are 40klm I think, 60klm at least and there are heaps of notification signs to warn you.

The people who put the stop light in a 100klm zone might have some questions to answer.

Bloke in the ute is probably still in the deep stuff, got to feel for him.

maybe they cut him off earlier down the road and road rage took over, I know when dicks cut me off i feel like giving em a shunt lol
or it might of been brekie time and he thought it was a drive through brekie stop, the mind plays tricks when the tummys rumblin

I thought you couldn't drop the speed limit for roadworks at more than 40km intervals?

I can't remember the exact law but I thought if you were doing roadworks on 100km highway then you should have a Roadworks sign with a speed dropped to 80km/h few hundred before and then another one dropped to 40km/h 100m or so before the work site then have the temporary traffic lights at the work site....

Its been a while since ive been in that scene though...lol

It's an interesting variation on those people who have the Winnebagos with the little Suzuki Vitara/Jimmny getting towed behind, store the ute in the camper for when it's needed.
