Keys blanks that fit a GQ

Can anyone tell me if nissan keys from say a Sentra or 200sx will fit the locks on a GQ.
I am after a key that has a 4D60 transponder that can be cut to fit a Patrol.

Hahaha, mine opens and starts my brother-in-law's GQ, his opens mine but doesn't start it.

Failing that can you update the ignition barrel easily to something more secure and has 4D60 capability?
