Brisbane north FB page

G'Day all

Started up a facebook page for offroaders that frequent north Brisbane to talk everything 4wd and arrange runs, post vids n pics ect.

The forums great but people tend to frequent FB more often so would be easier to arrange trips ect with more people being in the loop. Pop in and say gday

Sorry mate, im with silver, im not on FB, (nor want to be) i love this Forum for all the trips ive been on and people ive met, and personally i find the forum works very well for organising meets/trips.

A lot of people on here are not FB junkies, so yeh would be good if all up and coming trips still get put up on the forum.

I bet you that I have less friends on SOMFB than you do. 11 is my latest count, that includes wife, nephew, niece, brother, sister and inlaws. :D I only joined it because my wife wanted me too so she could have a married status or some bullsh!t on their. But never use it. I keep getting bloody emails of friend request from people I went to school with 20 years ago. Seriously! If I wanted to be friends with you I would have 20 years ago! GTFO all of them!
SOMFB suit's some but most here I take it are my age and older and CBF'ed with it. Good idea none the less for people who use it...

screw fb i see the crap my wife’s friends carry on about and i want no part in that crap. isnt arranging trips and posting pics and vids/ info why you joined this forum? i doubt ppl want to be repeating themselves on a forum and fb posting everything twice that sounds like alot of efffort lol

I have to laugh at my mates missus. She's on there posting constantly about anything and everything she does in a day. Seriously, she even posted on there where that she was going to have an afternoon nanna nap... I asked here, if she is going to post when she's taking a dump or split n' the whisker. That did not go down very well at all.
