hey guys im currently having heaps of problems with my GQ so sorry for all the questions. i recently refilled the fan clutch oil however the seal was not the greatest on it and i think it has leaked out. so i was going to give it another shot but try silastic as a seal this time. do you think this will be ok or am i better getting a new one but at 350 bucks for a new one i will try anything as i also need a new radiator

what are your thoughts and experience

I shrunk mine back to size in the oven.
But i do remember someone else writing something about buying a new o ring from their local spare parts shop that done the trick.

You can buy "O" ring material in any diameter or width and cut to suit , super glue the end to join

I can't remember exactly i think it was about 150 degrees i did put it on baking paper as well lay it out flat on the paper trace a line on the paper and turn the temp up until it shrinks lol that should work.
