Gday, I'm Josh ,User Name- "PIGTROL" (as that's the name I've decided to name my newly acquired ute) I have got a 2001 GU 4.2D DX Ute. It's done 390k, it's got the 4.2 non- turbo diesel motor in it, factory long range tanks, has a safari snorkel, white sunraysia's with 285/75R16's on them, has leaf spring rear end and it's basically as stock as a rock at the minute. Picked it up for $8500 unlicensed from my cousins boyfriend a few months ago now and I'm still in the process of getting it licensed (can't wait to get it on the road)

Plans for it are a 3" lift, 33" or 35" tyres, turbo and intercool the motor, winch bar, rock sliders, custom tray, custom exhaust (once turboed) and the list could go on. This is the first real 4x4 and first Nissan that I've had (I had a 92 Rodeo with 2" lift and 32's before this) and I've heard quite a lot of good things about them so hopefully soon I get to experience it all very soon.

I look forward to sharing the build up with fellow enthusiasts and to hopefully seek some advice every now and again.

Regards, PIGTROL
