Engine fault codes

Hi
Can any one help me with the code of P0126 and discription of HO2S2(B1)
The engine warning light come on , it did restrict revs to 2400 but when i turned the car of and backon again it went out allowing ull revs the next day it come on again but this time allowed full revs

Any help and advise would be appreicated

P0126 - Insufficient Coolant Temperature for Stable Operation

Possible causes- Low engine coolant level
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor harness is open or shorted
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor electrical circuit poor connection
- Faulty Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor
- Faulty engine coolant thermostat
