2.8 conversion to 4.2 ?

im thinking of doing a 4.2 conversion to my 2.8 . its got dp chip but still not enough so ive scoped sum prices and roughly 10k for good motor and gear box, how hard is it ? its gu btw, and how much would it cost ..
