Headlights faulty

Hi guys,
New to the patrol scene, just had to rip the immobiliser out and now the headlights aren't working. Parkers work but there's a wire spliced into one of the wires at the switch block, if I give this wire 12v+ high beam works on both low and high beam switch positions.
Any ideas how id fix this?

With your headlight problem, check the main fuse out near your battery.
