hey guys i have a DX so i have the middle seat in front aswell with no center console which drives me nuts can i simply bolt in a normal passenger seat and center console from another model

Pretty sure there's been a couple of ute owners on here that have done this mate..... unfortunately can't remember who though

Yeah it can be done mate all bolt holes are there for everything inc console. You will need the bracket for the right hand rear seat mount as well for the bucket seat then its just a matter of finding what you need and putting it all in.

that was a tad confusing i only wanna put in the center console and passenger seat what does the rear seat have to do with it

The right hand rear bolt for the passenger seat has a bracket which bolts to floor then the seat mount bolts to it.

ah i see what your saying now and the center console should just bolt straight in yeah im sick of putting things on seat and them sliding off

Yeah mate sorry im getting tired its 10 over here. Yep it all bolts straight in once you remove the vinyl you should see all the threaded holes to where everything mounts. I cant remember if you do have to pull the vinyl out or not but you will see once you remove the bench seat. It can be reversed you can put a bench in a wagon and increase its capacity to 8 people.

yeah it is a wagon with bench seat i might hunt for a passenger seat and center console

Don't forget to make sure you nominate it as "no longer an 8 seater" so your Insurance Company stays happy :)
