Turning up the boost?

Howdy fellow Patrollers!

I've got one of them 96' GR RD28T's.
And I'm wondering, how do you turn up the turbo boost and next, the fuel adjustment?
I don't feel like i get enough outta my Patrol and i wanna quicken her up a bit.
