Mounting driving/fog lights on stock bumper

Hi fellows, as the title says, how does one mount driving and fog lights on a stock bumper?

Just be aware, these brakets need to be screwed to something solid behind the plastic bar , if you just screw it to the plastic, your light beam will bounce all over the place.

Ive never seen behind a standard bumper , so i dont know what sort of metal reinforcement they have (if any)
