I own a GU Patrol Safari LWB 2009 Model. Recently I replaced the old rear axle (HG34) with an axle from a diesel pick-up with 4,56 ratio with a limited slip differential. The front carier was also replaced. I like the new axle and ratio very much, as it provides far better off-road capabilities.
I guess that the speedometer and odometer receive their "info" from the transfercase. Due to the increased ratio, it is running now "much faster" (almost one third).
Does anybody have an idea, where and how to adjust the sensors in order to provide accurate data?
Any advice is much appreciated.
