Hey All,

Blanked the EGR on my GU8 today and managed to drop the bottom bolt of the flange where the EGR shim is bolted in.

I spent an hour hunting but could not find the elusive bolt.

The patrol is the only car i have so need to be able to use it, can any one see any issues with driving it temporarily until i replace the bolt?

On the topic of the bolt any one have any clue where to get a replacement bolt and any idea of thread type, length that kind of thing.

Cheers a for any help anyone can offer.

Cheers,

Tim

I cant help you with part number, thread pitch etc.
I'd pull the other bolt out & hit up a mate to go to a 'fasteners' joint and buy one the same size and thread pitch.
Probably stainless, grade 8 etc as it will get real hot and you dont want corrosion.
OR
Have a real good look around until you do find it.
Summit fasteners?
Boat shop?
