Hi Guys
I purchased the gu around january of this year it was bascially standard and a one owner used to tow a caravan
Myself and the missus wanted to build something up for more of the hardcore 4wding seeing as glasshouse mountains is only a short 30min drive from home
The fun begins
4-5inch AmadaXtreme lift kit with superior superflex arms
4140 drag link and tie rod
35inch Maxxis Trepadors on 15x10 Dynamic rims
Dual Batterys
Ferret Rear light Bracket
Bolsys sliders
UHF
80ltr waeco fridge
Lightforce XGT
AVM Free wheeling hubs
Snorkel
TJM Bullbar
I have always wanted a 4.2t gu wagon so when this Td42 Silvertop became available i couldnt help myself now to just save the pennies to get diesel central (swaftec) 250hp pump and one of matt"s tdo5 18 or 20g turbos. Then its conversion time

Love it. Wish the states weren't so harsh when it comes to lifting.
I am aware there is changes to handling etc etc but at the end of the day, its a 4x4, not a drift car

Very nice gu.

How do you find the Amada's? I have been considering these shocks myself in a similar kit.

Cheers

Hey rip'n'shred
So far so good mate they seem to be a good overall shock i was a little worried that without swaybars and having no adjustment on the shocks that my truck would be a handfull, I was suprised at how well it handles, high speed low speed good overall

Do you find it any firmer or harsher on bumps on the road?

I'm wondering how comfortable they are compared to standard.

Thanks
