Petrol Preformance chips.

I have a 2007 model 4.8 patrol and i want to buy a chip for my car. i dont want to do things cheap that in 12 months my car is having issue cause of the cheap quality chip. i have been looking at plug and play haltech chips and they are worth around 2600 bucks. Any ideas on which chip i should be using?

What you should be looking at is someone that can actually reprogramme the the factory ecu.
Most of them these days would use a flash chip of some sort.
The plug in piggy back chips interceptors and alike are are just altering signals and imo dodgy.
