i just fitted a new boost & exhaust temp gauge and the turbo boost has a reading off -9 and when accelerating it gose to -4, maybe my turbo is not working probable , i think it should show up to 12 psi

Not exactly sure, but my guess is that it's not installed properly or the gauge is busted. Should be reading ANYTHING above 0-24psi. We're all aiming for 16psi as a max and if you search a bit more through the forum, you'll find EXACTLY what kind of boost you want to run.
Double check that none of your hoses are kinked, and double check all your vacuum hoses as well; I pinched one after replacing my intercooler which gave me VERY strange readings.

Where is your boost reading from?

Check as above and fittings for leaks too..

you probibaly fitted it on the vac hose off the vnt, not in the intake after turbo

There's a small hose that goes to the boost sensor on the front of your intercooler (3.0l), you could put a 't piece' in there and run off that if you don't want to drill and weld, although that would look better ;)

Sorry, that wrong, forgot mine is setup a little different. Disregard that post.
