td42 cold and hot clearances?

g'day everyone,
i got a day off tomorrow (stoked!) and decide i might give the tappets a check and give the gq a service. does anyone have the cold and hot clearances for a td42 na motor its a gq silvertop 89 model
any help would be great

I always set mine at .35 when cold mate.

although the manual states .35 you can actually run them at .3 without trouble mine are set to that and the motor is much quieter
