GQ TD42 into a GU .... is it possible ?

As thread title states... i have a great TD42 Turbo in my GQ and also have access to a gu with a 2.8turbo :(

is it possible to swap out engines ?
how much additional may be required eg: ecu wiring etc.

Any help will be appreciated
