Hi Guys, my name is Mike and I have recently purchased a 2005 GU 3l wagon and I feel the fuel economy is not what it should be. I have been told that by upgrading the exhaust to a 3inch and also "chipping"the vehicle will drastically improve this. Is that all I need to do or am I just wasting my money? The reason I ask is this is my first 4X4 (bought to tow a Caravan).

Fair bit of info on here about chipping the diesels and also letting them breath better mate, so have a search in the meantime, however someone will be able to assist no doubt.
