2003 3lt rough idling issues

Hey Guys and Gals.
Have done a bit of searching, but have failed to find any info about my problem. I have a 2003 3lt with 130K on it, and almost every time I pull up at lights or a stop sign it feels like it's running on 3 cylinders makes a rattle and the whole vehicle shudders. It only does it for a few seconds and then it settles down to a quiet idle and takes off with no smoke or any indication that anything is wrong. . . . .any ideas as to what may be wrong?

I would be getting ya Duel Mass Flywheel checked mate, mine was doing similar and turned out to be that

Thanks, it had a new heavy duty clutch installed a week or so ago, along with a new radiator (warranty jobs) maybe they need to look at the flywheel as well. It's going back to them this morning so I will wait and see.
