RB30 carby to RB30E or TB42E

Hi all. just seeking some advice. have a 93 GQ with a RB30 carby engine. looking to change this to either the RB30E or TB42E. If i go for the RB30E, is there any real gain in power. and if i go for the TB42E can i use the same gearbox. also do the engine mounts align or is there a conversion kit available. All thoughts welcome.
