Hi Every one. I have be reading the forums for awhile now. So i thought i should introduce my self and my car. My name is Andre and my car is name is ELF short for ELEPHANT, is big, grey, ugly and it has a good memory (is got damage and scratches on all the panel from every track is ever been on :).
So its a 91 GQ 4.2 carby auto. Its got 2+2 lift and 33" STT's (best tires i've ever had maybe cos they were brand new). Arb front bar modified for the body lift and has some heavy duty recovery points i made last week, stainless 4" snorkel, drawers with build in 12" suby box, rear light bracket, also put VT comidore seats in it (best mod i've done) as well as some cup holders ;). Few things i may have forgot, oh yeah 4.3 diff gears (upgraded from 3.9).
hope you guys like it

Good looking rig you've got there How do you find the Petrol/Auto combination. I was always after a manual till I got mine now I couldn't be happier with the Auto, have you had any cold shift problems?

Thanks man. I LOVE my auto in the bush, easy to drive and no unnecessary stress on the drive line. I'm looking at buying a new car 4.8 GU and that I want an auto again. And yeah I have issues with the auto some times but oh well
