Sub Tank

I have an issue that is bugging me that i hope you all could help with.

I have purchased a 99 GU, the sub tank has not been used for a long while, do you think it will need much preperation or need an inspection?

Any ideas would be great.

Nup! fill her up mate, its a sealed tank. Is it fully empty?

Go for it, maybe put a litre of Metho in the fuel to sort out any water that might be there but i'd be filling her up and getting on with it. All good
