Rd28 Torquing chart

I bought a 1998 Patrol Rd28ETi about a year ago, i drive it for three weeks then it stopped running. the cylinder head was damaged. i have sorted out that issue however, i need to polish the block but in need the torqing measurements for the blots. does anyone have this information?

i got a max ellerys manual for the patrol it has a full section on stripping and rebuilding the rd28eti (with the torque measurements for the bolts) it set be back $40 bucks from supercheap
