Hey guys don't know if you can help me or not,
I have put a 4 inch lift in my patrol panhard rods and drop boxes etc, and the fron coils are on a angle leaning forward, as if the diff is to far forward the bottom of the coil is further forward then the top, but the shocks are level??? Don't know if this is normal or not, the coils are dobinson and shocks a 6 inch tough dog, drop boxes are from road runner off road Can't post and pics up iPhone won't let me :( :(

G'day mate welcome aboard jump over to the intro thread and say g'day something we ask all members when they sign up
Have you checked that the springs are sitting properly in their mounts there is a set down so the end of the spring sits flat

Did the drop boxes seat properly between the chassis and the gearbox cross member?? I had to cut away some of the chassis (well, Tony did!! lol) to get mine to seat properly which is common ...

I believe they seated properly I got bolt in ones not trim in ones, they came from road runner off road, a few of my mates have the same problem but it hasn't caused any damage, I think I need drop out cones cause the spring comes lose I have 6 inch shocks and 4 inch springs in front so that cabt help

Mine are on a slight angle but i run aftermarket arms which push the diff forward. A lot of the higher lift designed products will do this as it will prevent tyres from scrubbing on guards etc. I have had my lift in for a couple of years now to no ill effect doesnt drive any different than what she did standard.

The drop boxes are probably probably made to make the radius arms sit further forward which moves the diff forward so bigger tyres dont scrub the rear of the guards when turning. Not a major problem.
