Hey everyone new to forum, look forward to spinning yarns . Came to here from another patrol forum which i was a member of for several years which looks like it is dying a slow death. I see some the usual suspects are lurking here too. Anyway here's some picks of my setup.
Cheers

Jason

Welcome, Jason!

Very nicely organised rig and trailer there.

I've often seen those karabiner kinda things where the safety chains go on the tow bar like you have. I've wondered if they are up to the job, or its just a trade off with convenience? Can they be bought with some kind of load rating marked on the karabiner or the packaging?

I mean absolutely no offence in asking that question, but would love to find a set for my lightish boat trailer

Hi Silver,

Don't use them when towing just had them their when I did the GRR trip as they came in handy for hanging camp lights and was a handy place to store them. If I could find some that were rated they would be handy for towing but I'll stick with shackles for now for piece of mind.

Cheers
