yes. Wife and I did ours, together - rear sliders, that is.
And I think if you search on here, there is a 'how to' thread. With photos, even, if memory serves
The short version is to have a person inside, and one outside to catch the window.
I've only done this twice, so if I miss a step, apologies in advance :-)
Start pushing from the inside on the rubber and the steel frame it contains, do this in a corner first. You may want to ease things along with a scraper etc to help the rubber start to roll off the body.
You will see the rubber start to roll off the body. Go all the way around, making sure that the catcher is ready :-)
To replace the window - fit the glass to the new rubber with integral frame.
Wrap a cord around the window rubber, in the groove. Have a bit of overlap.
Sit the window rubber in the hole, and to the extent possible, with part of the lip around the hole in the groove in the rubber. Ensure this is where the two ends of the cord overlap.
Now, by pulling on the cord, at around 90 degrees to the glass (but adjust to suit) you will make the inside of the rubber fold back inside the frame, a bit at a time. Keep doing this all the way around the window and you should end up with lip on the body inside the groove in the rubber.
I don't know whether or not some form of lubricant to help the window and rubber seat is best practice. I didn't use any, maybe I should have. I did use a length of timber and rubber mallet to help seat the new rubber and frame back far enough into the opening in the body.
