expected common problems with 4.2td

ive got a gu ute. 2000 model about to click over 300,000kms, the heatercores recently sprung a leak and was wonddering if anyone knows what else is a common problem/trouble for this engine with the amount of kms?

I would be doing things like water pump radiator clean or replacement injector nozzles clutch fan etc .
alternator brushes maybe starter brushes just general preventative maintenance.
