that looks sweet, same colour as my 2009 ST - the new model looks great with the more rigid shape, looks a cross between the GQ and GU

Will be fitting a custom tube type snorkel powder coated black , staying away from the ram air type. Couple of my mates 3.0L fitted the safari ram air snorkel and lost about a 100kms range from both tanks , we turned the snorkel round backwards and it went back to standard 15075

Looking good. Will look great with the bar work. Is there a big differance with the chip?

Wazza11978

Massive difference, no more delay when gas it off from a standing start , driving through the hills it doesn't keep dropping back a gear to keep it at the speed we set on cruise .best of all it is still only at the level tune set at the shop 12 other tunes to play with

Just a bit of an update on the progress of the build and a couple of corrections.
3" king springs, tuff dog return to centre damper , adjustable panard rods , standard shocks at this stage .
X force 3" system , chip it chip with EGT ,boost gauge
Hayman Reese tow bar use for dragging around the camper .
Running standard 17" rims with 305/70 R17 maxxis bighorn tyres
And on going removing the horrible fake wood grain replacing with 3M carbon fiber wrap

Hey michaeljp, jump into the introduction section and say hello and then ask the question in GU section and you'll get some answers. All good thou.

You'll find the lift and stability/traction control will be fine

Hi wazza,

Just a quick question about the lift, any dramas with the stability control?
Also did you do the lift yourself or get it installed in Perth??
Got mine booked in at the end of the month!
Another question any dramas with the tyres scrubbing your guards on the standard rims due to the 0 offset??

Thanks in advance
