I have read on the owner's booklet that I should not take that engine above 3000m. I already live at 3500! and travel close to 5000m. Does anyone has experience with that engine in high altitude?

I have just came back from a mountain trip. I took my zd30 up to 5200 m! No problems at all! I am very happy!

Maybe Nissan believe that if your ZD30 powered patrol is up that high, you may be tempted to drive it off a cliff.
I could be wrong, it has been known to happen.

Many cliffs around over here! But none temptations on driving over one! :-)
