I was looking at that turbo for my TD42 build, would it matter if it was on a high or low mount manifold?

If you have a td42 with an alternator that has a vacuum pump their is a thicker hose coming off the pump wich is the oil return.
If not their should be a bung in the block for it.

Coolant feed comes from a port in rear of block then just returns into the thermostat area.

ive seen a few people tap into both heaters is this a decent way to do it

If this is of help, my turbo is cooled by feeds off the two heater hoses and seems to work OK.

Same turbo im getting for my patrol except mine has an 18G wheel. and i suggest tapping into coolant bung at the back of the motor for feed in and then thermo housing for feed out.

Its on the block on the exhaust side. I can sneak a pic of mine in the morning and throw it up if you like.

The size of the housing and wheel basically.
16g the boost will come on quicker should be fine.

as said, 16g is just a smaller wheel and housing, its the type most kits come with and met common used on a td. i went 18g due to other factors involved in my specific case. also remember when fitting a turbo you will need to put more oil in then normal :P rule of thumb is about another litre.
