Tigerz11 12000lbs hercules noise, normal?

Hey guys just installed a brand new Tigerz11 hercules 12000lbs winch and found its very noisy in operation. If its normal thats 100% fine with me but just not sure. The only other winches I have used have been an Aldi winch and a warn 9000lbs and both were quite in comparison to this one. Im trying to get a video to post up, just waiting on some software to download ( new phone ) so will post up shortly. It almost sounds as if the teeth arent meshing 100% but it seems to be operating perfectly

Thanks mate, I have been struggling to get the video to work from my phone. From everything I have read on the net, they seem to be a noisy winch. I can live with that, just wanted to be sure it was normal.
